Hong Kong Islanders

The Hong Kong Islanders Ball Hockey Association is the only organization of its kind in the SAR. What began nearly five years ago as a nostalgic game of road hockey on a Lamma Island basketball court has developed into a phenomenon. With more than 50 members from 8 different nations, we have truly achieved international status. Our two tournament teams (the Islanders and the Nordiques) have proven themselves to be the best in Asia by splitting the two biggest championships in Asia: the Canton Cup and the Mekong Cup.

We are Hong Kong's official representative in the International Street and Ball Hockey Federation. The Islanders have also reached out to the community by supporting charities and teaching local children how to play the game of hockey. We are proud of the friendships and achievements we have developed over the years and we would like to thank both the YMCA and Amici restaurant for their support.
